Yes. CaptainOS works for inshore fishing guides, offshore charter captains, fly fishing guides, flats guides, backcountry charters, and deep sea fishing operations. You set up your own trip types, durations, pricing, and availability — Marina learns your operation and quotes it accurately on every call.
After Marina books a trip, she emails the customer a secure Stripe payment link. Once they pay, the deposit goes directly to your bank account — we never hold your money. Your Google Calendar event automatically updates to show the booking as paid. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30). There is a $5 platform fee per confirmed booking.
Two modes: Call Forwarding — keep your personal number, set your phone to forward to Marina after 4 rings, and she only picks up when you don't. Standalone — advertise Marina's number as your booking line and let her handle everything. You can switch modes anytime from the dashboard.
