Open your Phone app — the green icon with a white phone on it.

Tap the keypad — the number pad where you dial.

Type this exactly:

No spaces or dashes — *71 then the 10 digits straight through.

Press the green Call button. You'll hear a confirmation tone, then it hangs up on its own. Done.

Test it. Grab a second phone, call your regular number, and don't answer. Marina should pick up after a few rings.
To turn it off: open your Phone app, dial *73 and press Call.

Open Phone app → keypad → type *71 + your Dock Desk number → press Call. Listen for a confirmation tone.

If that doesn't work, go to your phone's Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding and look for "Forward when unanswered." Enter your Dock Desk number there.

Still not working? Call your carrier and say: "I want to set up no-answer call forwarding to a different number." They'll do it in under 2 minutes.
